How to Find Your Airbnb iCal URL

The iCal URL syncs your Airbnb calendar with your direct booking site so availability stays up to date automatically.

Log in to Airbnb and go to your listing

Open airbnb.com, click your profile icon, then select Manage Listings. Choose the listing you want to connect.

Open the Pricing & Availability tab

On your listing editor, click the Pricing & Availability tab in the left sidebar (or top navigation on mobile).

Scroll down and find calendar sync

Scroll to the Availability section and look for a link labeled Connect calendars or Sync calendars. Click it.

Export the calendar

In the calendar sync panel, find the Export Calendar option. Click it to reveal a URL that starts with https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical/...

Copy the URL and paste it into the form

Click Copy Link (or select the full URL and copy it manually). Then paste it into the iCal URL field on the onboarding form.

Pro tip

The iCal URL is not the same as your listing URL. It's a special calendar feed link that looks like https://www.airbnb.com/calendar/ical/12345678.ics?s=abc123.... If you can't find it, don't worry — just leave the field blank and we'll help you locate it during onboarding.
